Without addressing poor eating habits and making lifestyle changes you will not see the changes you desire, not just for aesthetic reasons but for many health related conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
I believe you should be able to eat the foods you like, of course some will have to be in moderation more than others. You cannot get fat overnight by eating one chocolate bar or one chocolate muffin.
I want to show you that nutrition does NOT have to be as complicated as many would like you to believe it is, in order to keep taking your money!
What I will do however, is to take the guess work out for you and design meal plans based around the foods you like to eat and recommending others foods to support your goals.
Once you have purchased the plan you will receive a detailed lifestyle questionnaire which will enable me to write your bespoke nutrition plan.From the information you give me, I will able to see just how many calories you need , also the ratios of proteins, fats and carbohydrates to achieve your goals.
It is important to note that typically if you want to lose weight/body fat you will need to see a reduction in calories and a limit on certain foods that, however limiting certain foods does not mean you will be eating just salads or 'rabbit foods' Your bespoke meal plan will contain foods that are nutrient dense, keeping you full all day, every day and will get you on track with your goals and the results you ultimately want to achieve.
